It’s a shame the rest of the community can’t see the beautiful vehicles we do, but we can share our pictures of them here for posterity.

A full Resto-Mod project we had the opportunity of working on, it was originally purchased in the 1980’s. By 2018, it was time to restore… and upgrade. After the body and metal work, Classic Mechanics did a full install of a 727 Torque Flight Transmission, a serpentine drive system, and a vintage air AC system. We also upgraded to the Wilwood Disc brakes, Magnum Force front suspension and 17in wheels that are a replica of the stock wheels. Under the hood is a 440 big block-based engine for more horsepower. With new stock interior installed, as well as new seat covers and headliner, the Charger was ready to own the road again.

1925
Originally purchased in 1928 and ownership spanning five generations in one family, the vehicle was in relatively good shape for being idle for 20 years. The full nut and bolt restoration included a rebuilt motor, brakes and transmission. The interior seats and door panels were also refinished. With new wood floors and truck bed installed, this truck is looking brand new. We also have a special detail included on this truck, with the family farm logo hand painted on the side doors.

1970
A master class in collaboration and communication. The owner wanted as much of the car as original state as possible; considering it’s condition, no small task. We either rebuilt, restored or sourced as many parts as we could. It took some time to source OEM correct 442 W30 parts and components, but we managed to obtain all the spec parts. The W30 required extensive body panel repair. The 455 cubic inch power plant was rebuilt and the transmission was overhauled. As pieces of the restorations were completed, everything was masterfully assembled, along with the powertrain install, tuning, and finishing touches. The result is a car that’s as original as humanly possible.
